7208 GI/202 3 (1) EXTRAORDINARY PART II —Section 3 —Sub-section ( ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 4753] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY , NOVEMBER 17, 2023/ KARTIKA 26, 1945 CG-DL-E-20112023-250159 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 -२ 156 अर एस 1971 00 00 07 0.0018 1970 00 05 63 0.1394 1966 00 08 74 0.2159 [फा. सं. – एल-14014 / 208/2022- -II (ई-44586 )] MIN ISTRY OF PETROLEUM AND NATURAL GAS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 26th October , 2023 S.O. 49 62(E).—Whereas it appears to Government of India that it is necessary in public interest that for transportation of natural gas through Dhamra -Haldia Pipeline (DHPL) as an expansion of Jagdishpur -Haldia & Bokaro -Dhamra Pipeline, in the State of West Bengal, a pipeline should be laid by GAIL (India) Limited; And, whereas it appears to Government of India that for the purpose of laying the said pipeline, it is necessary to acquire the Right of User in the land und er which the said pipeline is proposed to be laid and which is described in the Schedule annexed to this notification; Now, therefore, in exercise of powers conferred by sub -section (1) of Section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962, (50 of 1962) Government of India hereby declares its intention to acquire the Right of User therein; Any person interested in the land described in the said Schedule may, within twenty one (21) days from the date of whi ch the copies of the notification issued under sub -section (1) of Section 3 of the said Act, as publi shed in the Gazette of India are made available to the general public, object in writing to the acquisition of the right of User therein for laying of the pipeline under the land to Competent Authority , GAIL (India) Limited .
