(1) (2) (3) New Delhi, the 19th September , 2023 S.O. 4112(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby directs that the functions in relati on to the execution of works pertaining to each of the National Highways described in col umn (2 ) of the Table hereto annexed shall be exercisable by the State Government specified in column (3) of the Table against each highway subject to the condition tha t the State Government concerned shall in the exercise of such functions be bound to comp ly wit h the rules for the time being in force under the said Act and for that purpose makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of I ndia in the erstwhile Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways (Department of R oad Transport and Highways) number S.O 1096(E), dated the 4th August, 2005, namely: - In the said notification, in the Schedule, for serial number 2 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely: — (1) (2) (3) ―2 So much of National Highways No. 37, No. 52 [excluding from Km 583.450 to 605.600 (Pasighat to Bomjur section) & from Km. 688.000 to Km. 806.75 (Digaru Chowkham section )], No. 52A, No. 52B [excluding from Km. 126.0 to Km. 146.0 (Changlang/ Tirap district b oundary - Changlang section) and from Km. 233.0 to Km. 283.0 (Longding - Kanubari section)], No. 153, No. 229 [excluding from Km. 0.00 to Km. 233.00 (Tawang Bomdila Nichi pu) and from Km 982.85 to Km.998.85 (Pasighat -Pangin section)], new NH No. 113 [excludin g from Km 68.550 to Km 91.633.and from Km 0 to Km 63.129 (Arrowa -Hawai section)], new NH No.315A, new NH No. 513 , new NH No. 713A and new NH No. 913 [excluding Huri – Tali - Tato- Migging -Tuting - Singa - Anelye - Hunli - Hayuliang - Hawai - Miao section and als o excluding spur from Tato to Monigong] as are situated within the State of Arunachal Pradesh. CORRIGENDUM New Delhi, the 19th September , 2023 S.O. 4113(E).—In the notificat ion of the Government of India, Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, number S.O. 1310 (E) dated 20th March, 2023 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) vide issue No. 1258 dated 20th March, 2023 in line No.-2, para -1 of Hindi version ―Rashtriya Rajmarg aur Avsanrachna Vikas Nigam Limited‖ shall be read as “Seema Sadak Vikas Board ke Adheen Seema Sadak Sangathan” .
