S.O. 3773(E). In exercise of powers conferred by Section 4 of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences
Act, 1956 (25 of 1956) as amended by All India Institute of Medical Sciences (Amendment) Act, 2012 (37 of 2012),
the Central Government hereby nominates Dr. Radha Krishan Dhiman to be member of Institute Body of All India
Institute of Medical Sciences, Patna in place of Dr. Subrata Sinha and for that purpose makes the following amendment
in the Notification of Government of India, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Number Z-28016/177/2019-
PMSSY.IV dated the 18th May, 2020 published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii) vide S.O.
1824(E) dated the 10th June, 2020:
In the said Notification, against serial number 14 and the entry relating thereto, the following to be substituted,
namely:-
14. Dr. Radha Krishan Dhiman
The term of Dr. Radha Krishan Dhiman as member of the Institute Body of AIIMS Patna shall be governed
by the provisions contained in Section 6 of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956.

Number Z-28016/126/2020-PMSSY-IV dated the 28th April, 2023 published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3,
Sub-Section (ii) vide S.O. 2001(E) dated the 02nd May, 2023 and in exercise of the power conferred by section 7(1) of
the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956 (25 of 1956), as amended by the All India Institute of Medical
Sciences (Amendment) Act, 2012 (37 of 2012), the Central Government hereby nominates Dr. Radha Krishan
Dhiman as the President of All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Patna.
