NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 11th July, 2023
No. N -12011/01/2023 -P&D .—In exercise of the powers conferred upon it under sub -section (1) of section
97 of the Employees’ State Insurance Act 1948 (34 of 1948), the Employees’ State Insurance Corporation had
extended Atal Beemit Vyakti Kalyan Yojana for a period 01.07.2021 to 30. 06.2022 vide notification published in the
Gazette of India, (Extraordinary), Part III – Section - 4 (Sl. No 563) dated 16.11.2021 along with enhancement of rate
of relief and relaxation in the eligibility conditions during the period 24.03.2020 to 31.12.2 020 vide notification
published in the Gazette of India, (Extraordinary), Part III – Section 4 (Sl. No 436) dated 16.10.2020. Relaxation in
filing claim for relief under the scheme in affidavit form was granted vide notification published in Gazette of In dia,
(Extraordinary), Part III – Section 4 (Sl. No. 15) dated 11.01.2021. Relaxation in eligibility conditions and other
conditions were later extended for the period 01.01.2021 to 30.06.2021 vide notification published in the Gazette of
India, (Extraordin ary), Part III - Section 4 (Sl. No. 146) dated 06.04.2021. Later further relaxation in the eligibility
condition of 2 years insurable employment to 1 -year insurable employment before unemployment and contributory
condition effective from 01.07.2021 vide no tification published in the Gazette of India, (Extraordinary), Part III -
Section 4 (Sl. No. 58) dated 27.01.2022.
Now it has been decided to extend the Atal Beemit Vyakti Kalyan Yojana for the period 01.07.2022 to
30.06.2024 with the relaxed eligibility conditions and enhanced rate of relief notified in the Gazette of India,
(Extraordinary), Part III - Section 4 (Sl. No. 436) dated 16.10.2020, Sl. No. 15 dated 11.01.2021 and Sl. No. 58 dated
27.01.2022.
Any objection or suggestions, which may be receive d from any person in respect of notification within a
period of thirty (30) days from the date of publication, will be considered by the Employees’ State Insurance
