NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 19th March, 2026.
S.O. 1448(E). — In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 16 read with section 18 of
the National Dental Commission Act, 2023 (21 of 2023), the Central Government hereby constitutes the following
Autonomous Boards, with effect from the 19th day of March, 2026; namely: -
(a) Under-Graduate and Post-Graduate Dental Education Board;
(b) Dental Assessment and Rating Board; and
(c) Ethics and Dental Registration Board.
2. The Under-Graduate and Post-Graduate Dental Education Board shall consist of the following persons, namely:-

5. The President and whole-time members of each Autonomous Boards mentioned in paragraphs 2 to 4, shall hold office
for a term of four years or till attaining the age of seventy years and the part-time Members thereof shall hold office for
a term of two years or till attaining the age of seventy years, respectively, with effect from 19th day of March, 2026.
