CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi, the 19th March, 2025
S.O. 1283(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highway Act, 1956
(48 of 1956). The Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government
of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 6129(E), dated 10th December 2018 published
in the Gazette of India. Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii).
The Special Land Acquisition Officer, National Highways, Bangalore, mentioned in column no.2 of Schedule,
shall be read as Special Land Acquisition Officer, National Highway Authority of India, Tumkur
