(1) These rules may be called the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Rules, 2026. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Transplantation of Human Organs and Tissues Rules, 2014, in rule 31, in sub-rule (4), in clause (c), the words "and by the National networking organization in case of Delhi" shall be omitted.
