Whereas on 24th September, 2020, the National Medical Commission was constituted in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 4 read with Sub-section (1) of Section 5 and Sub- section (1) of Section 8 of the National Medical Commission Act, 2019 (30 of 2019). And whereas Government of India, in pursuance of the Section 4 (3) (i) of the National Medical Commission Act, 2019, nominated Shri S. Gopalakrishnan, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, New Delhi as Member, ex-officio in National Medical Commission in the Notification of the Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India number S.O. 3110 (E) dated 07th July, 2022.
