RW/PAT/NH -727AA/MOTIHARI/LA/2023 -24] MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS CORRIGENDUM New Delhi, the 18th December, 2024 S.O. 5488(E). — In exercise of powers con ferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government, hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, S.O. 2387 (E), dated the 1st June, 2023 Published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part -II, Section 3 Sub -Section (ii) dated the S.O. 2387 (E), dated the 1st June, 2023 namely: - In the said notification (S.O. 2387(E), dated the 1st June, 2023) Amendment Competent Authority - Additional District Magistrate, Fin/Rev.,Kushinagar Competent Authority - Additional District Magistrate (Judicial), Kushinagar Note: - Additional District Magistrate (judicial), Kushinagar Nominated in place of Additional District Magistrate, Fin/Rev., Kushinagar for Acquisition of land in respect of development of NH727AA (widening/two lane with paved shoulder/four laning, Toll Plaza etc.,) in the stretch of land from Km. 26.6 to Km. 29.200 terminate at Sewrahi Jn. with NH -730 in the State of Uttar Pradesh. SCHEDULE Acquisition of land in respect of development of newly declared NH -727AA to 2/4 -Lane Standard Highway from Bettiah on NH -727 connecting Patzirwa, Pakhnaha in the state of Bihar, Pipraghat and terminate at Sewrahi Jn. with NH -730 in the State of Uttar Pradesh.
