S.O. 5373 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 16 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act, 2016 (11 of 2016), the Central Government, after consulting the Bureau of Indian Standards , is of the opinion that it is necessary so to do in the public intere st, he reby makes the following order further to amend the Toluene (Quality Control) Order, 202 1, namely: — 1. (1) This order may be called the Toluene (Quality Control) Second Amendment Order , 2023 . (2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the O fficial Gazette. 2. In the Toluene (Quality Control) Order , 2021, in paragraph 1, for sub -paragraph (2), the following sub - paragraph shall be substituted, namely: — “(2) It shall come into force on the 22nd day of December, 2024 ”.
