Ashwini Surve-Patil, Competent Authority-3, Slum Rehabilitation Authority, Thane, Maharashtra, to perform the functions of Competent Authority for GAIL (India) Limited. She replaces Smt. Asmita Baliram More, Deputy Collector, Government of Maharashtra, and will serve on an additional charge basis in the State of Maharashtra. This notification becomes effective from its issue date.

Ashwini Surve-Patil, Competent Authority-3, Slum Rehabilitation Authority, Thane, Maharashtra in place of Smt. Asmita Baliram More, Deputy Collector, Government of Maharashtra to perform the functions of Competent Authority, GAIL (India) Limited, under the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962, on additional charge basis, in the State of Maharashtra. 2.
