L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-19102024-258082 EXTRAORDINARY PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 4210] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, OCTOBER 18, 2024/ASVINA 26, 1946 6795 GI/2024 MINISTRY OF PETROLEUM AND NATURAL GAS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 11th October, 2024 S.O. 4576(E).—Whereas it appears to the Central Government that it is necessary in the public interest that for the transportation of Natural Gas from SRIKAKULAM ANGUL PIPELINE (SAPL)PROJECT in Srikakulam District in Andhra Pradesh state, a pipeline should be laid by the GAIL ( India) Ltd., AND whereas it appears that for the purpose of laying such pipeline, it is necessary to acquire the Right of User in the land described in the Schedule annexed to this Notification. NOW, Therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub Section (i) of the Section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipeline (Acquisition of Right of User in the land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby declares its intention to acquire the Right of User therein. Any Person interested in the land described in the said Schedule may within 21 days from the date on which the copies of this Notification, as published in the Gazette of India, are made available to the General Public object in writing to the acquisition of the Right of User therein or laying of the pipeline under the land to the Competent Authority, GAIL (India) Ltd., Srikakulam-Angul Pipeline Project, Hotel Sunrise, Arasavalli road junction, Srikakulam-532001, Andhra Pradesh.
