This action amends the Government of India's Notification Number Z-28016/65/2017-PMSSY-IV dated 15th July, 2019, published vide S.O. 2758(E) dated 01st August, 2019, by substituting the entry for serial number 8 with Dr. Yogendra Kumar Gupta, whose term as a member is governed by Section 6 of the 1956 Act. Concurrently, Notification S.O. 3764(E), issued under Section 7(1) of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956 (as amended by the 2012 Act), nominates Dr. Yogendra Kumar Gupta as the President of All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Kalyani. This second nomination supersedes the Government of India's Notification Number Z-28016/65/2017-PMSSY-IV dated 27th November, 2018, published vide S.O. 6427(E) dated 31st December, 2018.
