The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, through Notification S.O. 3716(E) dated 13th August, 2025, declares the Central Government's intention to acquire land for the public purpose of widening/two lane with paved shoulder/four laning of National Highway 753BE. This declaration is made in exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956). The land to be acquired is located in the stretch from Km. 9.800 to Km. 16.600 (Kukurmunda) in the TAPI district of the state of GUJARAT. Any person interested in the said land may object within twenty-one days from the notification's publication date in the Official Gazette, as per sub-section (1) of section 3C of the Act. Objections must be made in writing to the Competent Authority (NH 753BE), specifically the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Nizar, who will provide an opportunity for a hearing. The Competent Authority's order under sub-section (2) of section 3C of the Act shall be final. Land plans and other details are available for inspection at the Competent Authority's office. The Schedule details 119 plots of land, both private (Agriculture, Non Agriculture) and government (Ukai Jaher Bandhkam Yojna, ROAD, Nala, Barren), across the villages of Nimbhore, Sadagvan, Pishavar, and Ubhad within Taluk Kukarmunda, District Tapi, State Gujarat, totaling 32.8855 Hectares to be acquired.

In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government, after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, the brief description of which is given in the Schedule below, (widening/two lane with paved shoulder/four laning of NH 753BE in the stretch of land from Km. 9.800 to Km. 16.600 (Kukurmunda) in the district of TAPI in the state of GUJRAT, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land. Any person interested in the said land may, within twenty-one days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, object to the use of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub-section(1) of section 3C of the said Act. Every such objection shall be made to the Competent Authority (NH 753BE) namely, Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Nizar in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof and the Competent Authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by a legal practitioner, and may, after hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any, as the Competent Authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections. Any order made by the Competent Authority under sub-section (2) of section 3C of the said Act shall be final.
