NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 14th August, 2025
S.O. 3760(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by section 4 of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (Amendment) Act, 2012 (37 of 2012), the Central Government hereby nominates Dr. Narendra Kumar Arora to be member of Institute Body of All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Bilaspur in place of Dr. Randeep Guleria and for that purpose makes the following amendment in the Notification of Government of India, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Number Z-28016/178/2019-PMSSY.IV dated the 02nd December, 2022 published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii) vide S.O. 5705(E) dated the 07th December, 2020:-
In the said Notification, against serial number 10 and the entry relating thereto, the following to be substituted, namely:-
10. Dr. Narendra Kumar Arora
The term of Dr. Narendra Kumar Arora as member of the Institute Body of AIIMS Bilaspur shall be governed by the provisions contained in Section 6 of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956.

S.O. 3761(E).— In supersession of Notification of Government of India, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Number Z-28016/178/2019-PMSSY.IV dated 02nd December, 2022 published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii) vide S.O. 5706(E) dated the 07th December, 2020 and in exercise of the power conferred by section 7(1) of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956 (25 of 1956), as amended by the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (Amendment) Act, 2012 (37 of 2012), the Central Government hereby nominates Dr. Narendra Kumar Arora as the President of All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Bilaspur.
