NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 13th August, 2025
S.O. 3737(E). In exercise of powers conferred by Section 4 of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences
Act, 1956 (25 of 1956) as amended by All India Institute of Medical Sciences (Amendment) Act, 2012 (37 of 2012),
the Central Government hereby nominates Dr. J.S. Titiyal to be member of Institute Body of All India Institute of
Medical Sciences, Rajkot in place of Dr. Vallabhbhai Kathiria and for that purpose makes the following amendment
in the Notification of Government of India, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Number Z-28016/119/2023-
PMSSY-IV dated the 02nd August, 2023 published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii) vide
S.O. 3618(E) dated the 11th August, 2023:
In the said Notification, against serial number 10 and the entry relating thereto, the following to be
substituted, namely:-
10. Dr. J.S. Titiyal
The term of Dr. J.S. Titiyal as member of the Institute Body of AIIMS Rajkot shall be governed by the
provisions contained in Section 6 of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956.

Welfare, Number Z-28016/119/2023-PMSSY-IV dated the 02nd August, 2023 published in the Gazette of India, Part
II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii) vide S.O. 3615(E) dated the 11th August, 2023 and in exercise of the power conferred by
section 7(1) of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956 (25 of 1956), as amended by the All India
Institute of Medical Sciences (Amendment) Act, 2012 (37 of 2012), the Central Government hereby nominates
Dr. J.S. Titiyal as the President of All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Rajkot.
