EXTRAORDINARY PART II —Section 3 —Sub-section ( ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 3070 ] NEW DELHI, TUESDAY, JULY 18, 2023/ASHADHA 27, 194 5 CG-DL-E-19072023-247425 1 2 3 4 5 6 195/1(234/1) [फा. सं. 002/3D ] MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATIO N New Delhi, the 18th July, 2023 S.O. 3202(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, 2481 Dated:06/06/2023 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) issued under sub -section (1) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), th e Central Government declared its intension to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for building (widening/four -laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation of NH752D (Spur) in the stretch of land from Km. 47. 70 to Km. 86.50 (Ujjain Badnawar Section) in the district of UJJAIN in the state of MADHYA PRADESH ; And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in "Dainik Bhaskar” and “Free Press” both dated 14 June 2023; under sub -section (3) of section 3A of the said Act; And whereas objections have been received and the same have been considered and disallowed by the competent Authority; And whereas, no any objections have been received from any person by the competent authority; Now, therefo re, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by the sub -section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the said Schedule should be acqui red for the aforesaid purpose; And further, in pursuance of sub -section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule sha ll vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
