L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-19012024-251524 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 289] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, JANUARY 19, 2024/PAUSHA 29, 1945 MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS CORRIGENDUM New Delhi, the 19th January, 2024 S.O. 298(E).- Whereas by notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 5327 (E) dated 13th December, 2023, the Central Government has authorised the National Highway Authority of India to collect, either through its official or through a contractor for the use of Salem to Vaniyambadi Section from design km.36.0000 to km.80.000 (Existing km 36.000 to km 80.000) of National Highways number 179A in the State of Tamil Nadu. Now, In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), read with Rule 3 of the National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and Collection) Rules, 2008, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 5327 (E) dated 13th December, 2023 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii), namely :- In the English version of said notification, the chainage of fee plaza mentioned in column (1) of Table-2 as "Km 390.760" shall be substituted by "Km 39.760".
