No. A-12025/3/2020-IWT.— In exercise of Powers conferred by the Sub-Section (3) of Section (3) of the Inland Waterways Authority of India Act, 1985 (82 of 1985), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Sunil Kumar Singh (ISS:1998), Adviser (Statistics), MoPSW to the post of Vice-Chairman, Inland Waterways Authority of India (IWAI) in the Level 14 of 7th CPC (Pre-revised Pay Scale of Rs. 37,400 – 67000/- + Grade Pay Rs. 10000/-) on deputation basis for a period of three years with effect from 16.01.2024 (Afternoon), extendable upto five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
