And Whereas, University Grants Commission (UGC) released ‘Accessibility Guidelines and Standards for Higher Education Institutions and Universities' which was prepared under the supervision of Expert Committee constituted for the purpose after detailed public consultation including consultation with Chief Commissioner of Persons with Disabilities.
