NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 1 7th October, 2023 S.O. 4558(E).— In exercise of powers conferr ed by section 5 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby rescinds the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, number S.O. 1423(E), dated the 5th May, 2017 published in th e Gazette of India, Extraordinary dated 5th May, 2017, with immediate effect.
