The Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, through Notification S.O. 4183(E) dated 11th September, 2025, in pursuance of sub-section (a) of section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), has authorized Shri ShivajiShinde (Retired Additional Collector, Government of Maharashtra, residing at PIL Compressor Station -07, At.Nhavara, Taluka-Shirur, District- Pune, Maharashtra – 412211, India) to function as the Competent Authority. This appointment replaces Shri.S.D.Bhise and is applicable for all districts of Maharashtra State, covering the operational pipelines transporting Natural Gas for M/s Pipeline Infrastructure Limited (PIL). The notification was issued under F. No. L-14014/41/2016-GP-II and signed by RAMJI LAL MEENA, Under Secretary.
