NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 14th August, 2025
S.O. 3758(E). In exercise of powers conferred by Section 4 of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences
Act, 1956 (25 of 1956) as amended by All India Institute of Medical Sciences (Amendment) Act, 2012 (37 of 2012),
the Central Government hereby nominates Dr. Anita Saxena to be member of Institute Body of All India Institute of
Medical Sciences, Bhubaneswar in place of Dr. Yogesh Chawla and for that purpose makes the following amendment
in the Notification of Government of India, Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Number Z-28016/177/2019-
PMSSY.IV dated the 18th May, 2020 published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii) vide S.O.
1822(E) dated the 10th June, 2020:
In the said Notification, against serial number 10 and the entry relating thereto, the following to be substituted,
namely:-
10. Dr. Anita Saxena
The term of Dr. Anita Saxena as member of the Institute Body of AIIMS Bhubaneswar shall be governed by
the provisions contained in Section 6 of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956.

Number Z-28015/85/2023-PMSSY-IV dated the 05th February, 2024 published in the Gazette of India, Part II, Section
3, Sub-Section (ii) vide S.O. 536(E) dated the 06th February, 2024 and in exercise of the power conferred by section
7(1) of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956 (25 of 1956), as amended by the All India Institute of
Medical Sciences (Amendment) Act, 2012 (37 of 2012), the Central Government hereby nominates Dr. Anita Saxena
as the President of All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Bhubaneswar.
