CHHP/23010/3/NH - 26&76 Connectivity/LA/2021 ] No. 3060] NEW DELHI , MON DAY, JULY 17, 2023/ ASHADHA 26, 1945 CG-DL-E-18072023-247400 CG-DL-E-18072023-247400 CG-DL-E-18072023-247400 CG-DL-E-18072023-247400 MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS CORRIGENDUM New Delhi, the 17th July, 2023 S.O. 3189(E).—In exercise of powers of conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of R oad Transport and Highways number S.O. 15(E) dated 04th January, 2022, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary Part II, Section 3, sub -section (ii), dated 4th January, 2022: — In the said notification: — "National Highways No. 26 (New NH -44) with Na tional Highways No . 76 (New NH -39) for building (widening/four -laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation in the State of Madhya Pradesh" in appearing the same may be read as: — "Four Laning of Orchha Bypass of NH 539 connecting with NH -44 to NH -39 starts from Des ign Km. 0.000 (Existing Km . 16.910 of NH -44) and terminates at Design Km 17.020 (Existing Km 6.000 of NH -39) in the state of Madhya Pradesh" [F.
