This notification, S.O. 2505(E) dated 5th June, 2025, issued by the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, partially modifies Government of India Notification No. S.O. 2672(E) dated 04.07.2024. In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Government of India authorizes Shri Shajahan S., Deputy Collector, Government of Kerala, to perform the functions of Competent Authority. This authorization is for the Kochi-Koottanad-Bengaluru-Mangalore Pipeline (KKBMPL) Project of M/s GAIL (India) Limited in the State of Kerala. Shri Shajahan S. is authorized on a deputation basis for a period of One Year. This notification is effective from 29th May, 2025.
