NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 16th February, 2026
S.O. 836(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorises the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule annexed hereto as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Schedule relating to districts, taluk, police station and villages mentioned in column (4), (5) (6) and (7) respectively of the said Schedule for building (Widening/ four laning with paved shoulder etc) maintenances managment & operation of the National Highway NH-227A/227) Ramjanki Marg from Km. 00+000 to Km. 76.690 and km. 97.825 to 145.862 in the state of Bihar.
