RW/PAT/NH 105/NEW NH 527B/LA/2022 ] MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIG HWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 16th December , 2024 S.O. 5436 (E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of schedule annexed here to as the competent authority to perform the function of such authorities und er the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said schedule relating to state, district, Taluk, and villages mentioned in column (4), (5), (6) and (7) respectively of the said schedule for Project management, operation including construction of the National Highway 105 (New NH -527B) (Darbhanga - Jainagar) in the state of Bihar for up -gradation to Two Lane/Four Lane with Paved shoulder configurations as specified in the Schedule given below.
