No.120 (E) dated 15th February, 2022, the Central Government hereby appoints Secretary to Government, Highways and Minor Ports Department, Government of Tamil Nadu, in place of Principal Secretary, Highways and Minor Ports Department, Government of Tamil Nadu, as a representative of State Government on the Board of Chennai Port Authority under Section 3(1)(c)(i) of Major Port Authorities Act, 2021 with immediate effect and until further orders.
