No. V-33013/16/2023-E.IV dated 1st July 2024, the Chairman of the Employees' State Insurance Corporation, in pursuance of Section 25 of the ESI Act, 1948 (34 of 1948) read with Regulation 10 of the ESI (General) Regulations, 1950, reconstitutes the Regional Board for Tripura, naming twelve members including the Minister, Labour Department, Government of Tripura as Chairman (Regulation 10(1)(a)); the Secretary, Labour Department, Government of Tripura as Vice-Chairman (Regulation 10(1)(b)); the Director of Health Service, Tripura (Regulation 10(1)(c)); the Administrative Medical Officer, ESI Scheme Tripura, as ex-officio member in-charge of the ESI Scheme (Regulation 10(1)(d)(i)); the State Medical Officer of ESI Corporation, Guwahati, as ex-officio member (Regulation 10(1)(d)(ii)); employer representatives Sh. Tanuj Saha (GPT Health Care Ltd), Sh. Ratan Debnath (Annada Spice Industries), and Sh. Mithan Roy (All Tripura Security Force); employee representatives Sh. Binoy Mallik, Sh. Sani Roy, and Sh.
