In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 58 and sub-Section 3(a) of Section 110 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, the Central Government vide Gazette notification No. S.O. 1885(E), dated 10th April, 2026, had accorded approval to M/s JM Baxi for transportation of one Cyclization Reactor on Modular Hydraulic Trailers, from Paradip Port, Odisha to Balarampur Chini Mills Ltd, Kumbhi Uttar Pradesh by road for the period of twelve months, by coupling of axles, with maximum safe laden weight/Gross vehicles Weight and dimensions. 2. In the said notification, in para 5(i) of the above notification, the following route of the transportation:- "Paradip Port-Netajee Statue- Zero Point-Tilarpanga Chowk-Nimapali Village-Duburi Chhak- Danagadi Village- Khanataghar- Gopinathpur Junction- Khiretangiree - Singada Village- Bisoi City- Bangiriposi ghat- Jharpokharia- Baharagora- Kokpara- Ghatshila Village- Saharbera-Rampur road- Ranchi Bypass -Neori Chowk Charan Ghat, Kuju - Sri Ram Chowk - Jharkhand Border - Sherghati -Aurangabad - Sasaram - Chaundauli-Chandauli city." shall be substituted with:- "Paradip Port-Duburi- Pitri- Pallahara- Rourkela- Gumla- Ranchi- Barhi- Aurangabad- Varanasi- Gorakhpur- Basti- Baharaich- Kumbhi."
