The authorization relates to land situated in the state, districts, taluk, and villages mentioned in columns (4), (5), (6), and (7) respectively of the said Schedule, which is required for the Construction of Gangapur City Bypass of NH-23 in the State of Rajasthan. The Schedule specifies the SDM, Sapotra as the authorized officer for the land stretch on NH23 from KM 0 to KM 19 in Rajasthan, Karauli District, Sapotra Taluk, covering villages Kurgaon and Thooma.
