The acquisition covers various stretches of land in the district of MORENA in the state of MADHYA PRADESH, including segments from 43.25 to 89.86 Km of Bhander Datiya, 264.95 to 287.3 Km of Morena, 310.1 to 344.1 Km of Ater Bhind, 344.1 to 358.58 Km of Bhind, 0 to 43.25 Km Lahar Bhind, 36.9 to 78.5 Km of Karhal Sheopur, 0.00 to 36.9 Km of Sheopur, 287.3 to 310.1 Km of Ambah Morena, 129.5 to 154.8 Km of Sabalgarh Morena, 78.5 to 129.5 Km of Vijaypur Sheopur, and 238.95 to 264.95 Km of Morena. Interested persons may object in writing within twenty-one days from the notification's publication to the Competent Authority, Sub Divisional Magistrate Morena, District Morena, as per sub-section (1) of section 3C of the said Act. The Competent Authority will hear objections and issue a final order under sub-section (2) of section 3C. Land plans and details are available for inspection at the Competent Authority's office. Morena Bypass - Ambah Bypass - Porsa Bypass Road, Section-3, in the stretch of land from 43.25 to 89.86 Km of Bhander Datiya, 264.95 to 287.3 km of Morena, 310.1 to 344.1 Km of Ater Bhind, 344.1 to 358.58 Km of Bhind, 0 to 43.25 Km Lahar Bhind, 36.9 to 78.5 Km of Karhal Sheopur, 0.00 to 36.9 Km of Sheopur, 287.3 to 310.1 Km of Ambah Morena, 129.5 to 154.8 Km of Sabalgarh Morena, 78.5 to 129.5 Km of Vijaypur Sheopur and 238.95 to 264.95 Km of Morena in the district of MORENA in the state of MADHYA PRADESH, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land. Any person interested in the said land may, within twenty-one days from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, object to the use of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub-section(1) of section 3C of the said Act. Every such objection shall be made to the Competent Authority, namely, Sub Divisional Magistrate Morena, District Morena in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof and the Competent Authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by a legal practitioner, and may, after hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any, as the Competent Authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections. Any order made by the Competent Authority under sub-section (2) of section 3C of the said Act shall be final. The land plans and other details of the land to be acquired under their notification are available and can be inspected by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the Competent Authority.
