The appointment of above-mentioned Officers to the grade of Engineer in Indian Radio Regulatory (Group 'A') Service is subject to any Orders passed by Hon'ble Courts of Law in Jarnail Singh batch of cases pending in Hon'ble Supreme Court of India/ similar cases before other Hon'ble Courts.
