RO/UK/PKG -NH/IAHE/54/LA/3D Corr ] No. 4332 ] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY , OCTOBER 13, 2023/ ASVINA 21, 1945 CG-DL-E-16102023-249455 MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS CORRIGENDUM New De lhi, the 13th October , 2023 S.O. 4503 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the central government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O.3596(E) dated 11th August 2023, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II - Section 3 -Sub-section(ii), dated the 11th august 2023, namely: - In the said notification, - 1. Again st Notification & Schedule, for the Notification “construction of toll plaza maintenance, management and operation of NH309A” shall be substituted by “up gradation (widening/two lane with paved shoulder/four laning etc.) maintenance, management and operati on of NH309A”.
