G.S.R. 285(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 19 of the Telecommunications Act, 2023 (44
of 2023) read with rule 5 of the Telecommunication (Framework to Notify Standards, Conformity Assessment and
Certification) Rules, 2025, the Central Government hereby notifies the following revised standards for
telecommunication equipment with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette,
namely:—
