Ahluwalia, Judge of the High Court of Madhya Pradesh to hold concurrent charge of the post of Commissioner for the welfare of the victims of Bhopal gas leak disaster with effect from the date of assumption of charge of the post till the completion of the disbursement of pro-rata compensation and ex-gratia, or till his superannuation, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
