NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 16th April, 2025
S.O. 1733(E).—In pursuance of sub section (a) of section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipeline
(Acquisition of Right of user in Land) Act 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter called the said act), the Central Government
hereby Authorizes the person mentioned in column (2) of the table given below to perform the functions of the
Competent Authority under the said Act, for HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Ltd., (Rajasthan), in respect of the areas
mentioned in column (3) of the said Table :

Earlier notified Competent Authority for HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Ltd. in Gujarat State, Shri Chandrakant
Shanabhai Solanki, (Retired) Additional Collector, 3rd Floor, Satyam Complex, Chhani, Vadodara – 390 002 Gujarat,
vide S O No. 4606 dated 23rd December 2019 published in the Extra Ordinary Gazette of India dated 24th December
2019 stands de-notified.
This notification will be effective from the date of its issue.
