1984 GI/202 4 (1) EXTRAORDINARY PART II —Section 3 —Sub-section ( ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 1317] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY , MARCH 1 5, 2024 /PHALGUNA 25, 1945 CG-DL-E-16032024-253129 1 2 3 4 5 6 [फा. सं. 12012/1 /2006/PS -4/3D] MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 15th March , 2024 S.O. 1383(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, number S.O. 5521 (E) dated 29th December 2023, published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub -section (ii) issued under sub -section (1) of section 3A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central G overnment declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule ann exed to the said notification for building (Missing Link with paved shoulder etc.), maintenance, management and operation of National Highway No. 65 on the stretch of land fr om km 0.000 to km 20.100 (Fatehpur - Pali Section) in district of Sikar in the Sta te of Rajasthan; And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “Dainik Bhaskar” and "Dainik Navajyoti” both date 11 January 2024; under sub -section (3) of section 3A of the said Act; And whereas the Competent Authority has received objections filed under Section 3 -C, considered and settled the same appropriately; And whereas, in pursuance of sub -section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the co mpetent authority has submitted its report of the Central Governmen t; Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Governm ent hereby declares that the land specified in the said Schedule sh ould be acquired for the aforesaid purpose; And further, in pursuance of sub -section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares the on publication of this n otification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
