L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-15102025-266953 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 4552] NEW DELHI, WEDNESDAY, OCTOBER 15, 2025/ASVINA 23, 1947 MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 15th October, 2025 S.O. 4681(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 to 1956), read with rule 3 of the National Highways Fee (Determination of Rates and collection) Rules, 2008, the Central Government hereby makes following amendment in the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 3448(E), dated 25th July, 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the “said notification”), published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) relating to the levy of user fee on a section of NH-709AD (design km 153+660 to design km 175+280) in the state of Uttar Pradesh, namely:- (i) In the said notification, in paragraph 2, for the words "Muzaffarnagar Miranpur Section", the words "Bijnor-Kotwali Section" shall be substituted.
