Manager (ROU) Pipelines of Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) as a Competent Authority for Mumbai-Manmad-Bijwasan Pipeline of BPCL for Maharashtra region through Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Government of India vide.
