Detailed Summary

The Central Government, in exercise of powers conferred by Clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), issues this Corrigendum (S.O. 2162(E)) dated 15th May, 2025. It makes amendments to the notification of the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O.891 (E) dated the 29th February, 2018, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub Section (ii), dated the 29th February, 2018, and also amends Amendment Gazette No. S.O. 210 (E) dated the 13th January, 2025. Specifically, in notification S.O. No. 210(E) dated the 13th January, 2025, the words "Special District Revenue Officer, Land Acquisition, National highways, Madurai" shall be substituted by the words "Special District Revenue Officer, Land Acquisition, National highways, Dindigul". The principal notification was S.O.891 (E) dated 29th February, 2018, and the amendment gazette was S.O. 210 (E) dated 13th January, 2025. The corrigendum is issued under File No. NHAI/PIU/Dindigul/11012/NH209/LA/3(a) and signed by SHAIKH AMINKHAN, Director.

L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-15052025-263127 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 2113] NEW DELHI, THURSDAY, MAY 15, 2025/VAISAKHA 25, 1947 MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS CORRIGENDUM New Delhi, the 15th May, 2025 S.O. 2162(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by Clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O.891 (E) dated the 29th February, 2018, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub Section (ii), dated the 29th February, 2018 and Amendment Gazette No.S.O.210(E) dated the 13th January, 2025 namely : In the said notification S.O. No. 210(E) dated the 13th January, 2025 corrigendum as follows: [a] for the words "Special District Revenue Officer, Land Acquisition, National highways, Madurai", the words "Special District Revenue Officer, Land Acquisition, National highways, Dindigul" shall be substituted.
