S.O. 4373(E) dated 03.12.2020 published in the Extraordinary Gazette of India dated 04.12.2020 and in pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minera ls Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter called the said Act), the Government of India hereby authorizes Shri Venkata Siva Chandragiri, Special Deputy Collector, Government of Andhra Pradesh in place of Ms. P. Bhavani, Special Deputy Collector, Government of Andhra Pradesh to perform the functions of Competent Authority under the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962, for Ennore – Thiruvallur – Bengaluru – Puducherr y – Nagapattinam – Madurai – Tuticorin Natural Gas Pipeline Project of M/s.
