(1) These rules may be called the Special Economic Zones (Second Amendment) Rules, 2024. (2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. 2. In the Special Econo mic Zones Rules, 2006, in rule 21B, for the words “aircraft leasing”, wherever they occurs, the words “aircraft or ship leasing” shall be substituted. [F.
