Marketing Margin upto ₹ 200 per 1000 SCM (@NCV of 10,000 Kcal/SCM) or actual marketing margin paid/charged, whichever is less, on any domestic gas produced within the country and supplied to Fertilizer (Urea) plants producers may be considered for the period 01.05.2009 to 17.11.2015. ii. Department of Fertilizers will consider the said amount of marketing margin for determining the payment to urea plants where marketing margin was not included in the subsidy payment due to non-finalization of the amount of marketing margin.
