L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-15022024-252098 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 677] NEW DELHI, THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 15, 2024/MAGHA 26, 1945 MINISTRY OF DEVELOPMENT OF NORTH EASTERN REGION NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 14th February, 2024 S.O. 713(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (iii) of sub-section (1) of section 3 of the North Eastern Council Act, 1971 (84 of 1971) and in supersession of the notifications of the Government of India, Ministry of Development of North Eastern Region numbers S.O. 3972 (E), dated the 13th August, 2018 and S.O. 342(E), dated the 24th January, 2020 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), dated the 13th August, 2018 and 24th January, 2020 respectively, except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the President hereby nominates the following persons as members of the North Eastern Council, for a period of three years from the date of assumption of the charge of the office or until further orders, whichever is earlier, namely:- (1) Shri Longki Phangcho; (2) Shri Tenzing Norbu Thongdok. 2.
