The Central Government, under powers from Section 4(g) of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956, as amended in 2012, appoints Shri Vijay Baghel and Smt. Jyotsna Charandas Mahant, Lok Sabha members, as members of the Institute Body of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Raipur. The tenure of these members will be subject to Section 6 of the AIIMS Act, 1956. This notification is issued by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
