The Central Government, exercising powers under Section 4(g) of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956, as amended in 2012, hereby notifies the appointment of Shri Mahendra Bhatt, elected by Members of Rajya Sabha, to serve as a Member of the Institute Body of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Rishikesh. The terms of office for the member will be governed by the provisions of Section 6 of the All India Institute of Medical Sciences Act, 1956. This notification is issued by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, dated 13th January, 2025.
