These ceiling prices were originally notified vide S.O. 2668(E), dated 16th August, 2017, and had been extended periodically, with the last extension being S.O. 4171(E), dated 15th September, 2025, which was in force until 15th November, 2025. The current order extends these ceiling prices for a further period of one year beyond 15th November, 2025, meaning up to 15th November, 2026, or until further orders, whichever is earlier. Additionally, Notes (b) to (t) of the original notification S.O. 2668(E), dated 16th August, 2017, shall remain in force during the currency of this order.

Whereas the same has been extended from time to time, the last extension being vide S.O. 4171(E), dated the 15th September, 2025, which is in force up to the 15th November, 2025. Now, the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority hereby, extends the ceiling prices as applicable to the Orthopaedic Knee Implants for Knee Replacement System up to the 15th November, 2025 for a further period of one year beyond the 15th November, 2025, i.e., up to the 15th November, 2026, or until further orders, whichever is earlier. 2.
