This notification supersedes the Government of India's Ministry of Ports, Shipping & Waterways (PHRD Division) Notification G. S. R. No. 684 (E) dated September 25, 2023. The Central Government has appointed Shri Jagdish Sanil, Senior Assistant (Finance) of the New Mangalore Port Staff Association (R) (HMS), as a Member representing the interests of employees on the Board of New Mangalore Port Authority, effective immediately. This appointment is subject to the provisions of the Major Port Authorities Act, 2021, and remains valid until the date of validity of check-off, attainment of the age of superannuation of the Members, or until further orders, whichever is earliest.
