5904 GI/202 4 (1) EXTRAORDINARY PART II —Section 3 —Sub-section ( ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 3599 ] NEW DELH I, FRIDAY , SEPTEMBER 13, 2024/BHADRA 22, 1946 CG-DL-E-14092024-257183 MINISTRY OF HEALTH AND FAMILY WELFARE (Department of Health and Family Welfare) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 13th September , 2024 S.O. 3934 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 11 of the National Medical Commission Act, 2019 (30 of 2019), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare number S.O. 3659(E), dated the 10th October, 2019 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub -section (ii), namely: — In the said notification, — (A) under paragraph (3), in the Table, — (i) for serial number 1 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely: — “1. Andhra Pradesh Dr. K. Babji” ; (ii) for serial number 4 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely: — “4. Bihar Prof. Sharad Kumar Yadav”; (iii) for serial number 8 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely: — “8. Haryana Dr. Anita Saxena”; (iv) for serial number 16 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely: — “16. Manipur Prof. N. Lokendra Singh”; (v) for serial number 18 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely: — “18. Mizoram Dr. Dibakar Chandra Deka”; (vi) for serial number 21 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely: — “21. Punjab Dr. Rajiv Sood”; (vii) for serial numbers 23 and 24 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall, respectively, be substituted, namely: — “23. Sikkim Dr. D. C. Agrawal 24. Tamil Nadu Dr. K. Narayansamy”; (viii) for serial number 26 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely: — “26. Tripura Sh. Ganga Prasad Prasain”; (B) under paragraph (5), in the Table, — (i) for serial number 2 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely: — “2. Maharashtra Medical Council Dr. Vinki Mohanlal Rughwani 13. Madhya Pradesh Medical Council Dr. Rajender Kumar 14. Manipur Medical Council Dr. Simpson Sareo 14A. Meghalaya Medical Council Dr. Wanbudmi Sutnga 15. Mizoram State Medical Council Dr. Rosangluaia 16. Nagaland Medical Council Dr. George Thira 16A. Odisha Medical Council Dr. Prasenjit Mohanty”; (v) for serial numbers 19, 20, 21, 21A and 22 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial numbers and entries shall, respectively, be substituted, namely: — “19.
